Wordful Wednesday - Waiting

Last week Lily placed her Marie stuffed animal in the window.  She wanted Marie to be waiting for her when she got off the bus.

Jeff kept doing a double take all day....he kept forgetting that Lily put the stuffed animal in the window.  Our real kitties are not white and usually sit there looking outside.

I found it even funnier when we pulled up in the car and she was sitting there staring back at us.

We the People

On Thursday afternoon, Ian's school along with one other elementary school in our district participated in this aerial photo taken by Patty Watson.  Ian and his class are in the upper portion of the last 'e'.  :)

Wordful Wednesday - District Jazz Festival

On Monday night, West Seneca had their 20th annual District Jazz Festival.  Ian also played in this festival last year.

Once again, I am pretty sure he was the only tuba player in the whole festival again this year.

This year his music teacher was so sweet and acknowledged the base section before they started to play.

The guest artist this year was our own local Bobby Militello who plays Saxophone & Flute.

The kids & teachers did an amazing job!
