Aloha Friday #3
It is Aloha Friday! In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that people take it easy and look forward to the weekend.

Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your comment below and link in Kailani’s blog. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
This week's question is:
When do you start Christmas Shopping? Do you exchange with lots of people?
I start Christmas shopping the day after Christmas. I go to Target when it opens and grab as many stocking stuffers for my kids as I can. My husband & I no longer exchange presents. The last time we did was Ian's first Christmas. We buy for the kids and for my nieces and nephews. I make ornaments for everyone else. I usually package them in a pretty tin or box I bought the year before. My husband & I go shopping for the kids around my birthday every year. We went shopping on Wednesday and we are now done with the kid's presents. I just need to make ornaments.

I have a favor to ask of my blog readers. I entered my swirly santa ornament in the Michaels Handmade Holiday Contest. I would LOVE to win. (who wouldn't?) Would you please go here and give me 5 snowmen. No need to register...just click through and click 5 snowman. Thanks a bunch!!
Hope you have a fabulous Friday!

Wordless Wednesday - Santa
Can you believe Christmas
is about 10 weeks away?!?!
is about 10 weeks away?!?!
In only 10 short weeks Santa is going to be coming to leave goodies for every boy and girl. Have you started shopping yet? I start the day after Christmas for my kids (I love scooping up 50% stocking stuffers at Target the day after Christmas) and most of my friends and family receive ornaments from me.
I made these Santa Ornaments on Monday and they are now listed in my shop. I made a few more things, too. But I am going to save them until tomorrow.
Christmas can creep up quickly. If you would like to place an order please contact me as soon as you have an idea of what you would like. Especially if you want something custom made.
Happy (not so) Wordless Wednesday.
