A couple days ago I showed you the jewelry I made my daughter for our Disney trip. Here are the outfits she is wearing with them.
Our first day at in the parks is going to be on Mother's day. We have our reservations already made to eat at Cinderella's Castle. This is the dress I bought for Lily to wear.
She is going to wear it with this necklace and these korker pony-o's.
<-----Remember this outfit? I wanted to let you know I got it here. I bought an extra pink skirt to go under the tutu (in case she doesn't want to wear it all day). I made this necklace & bracelet to go with it.
I asked my mom to make a couple things for Lily, too. Lily and I went to JoAnn's and picked up some things. =)
She made this Rapunzel skirt.
And she embellished this jean skirt. (Lily really wanted this Sleeping Beauty patch on something and this is what we came up with.) My mom added a pleated ruffle around the bottom.
I bought one more outfit for the trip. I bought the tee at Old Navy (they were really cheap) and I got the skirt at The Children's Place.
Yep, I am neurotic. Happy and neurotic. ;)

Aloha Friday
It is Aloha Friday! In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that people take it easy and look forward to the weekend.
Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your comment below and link in Kailani’s blog. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
This weeks question is:
Did you watch the Royal Wedding? What did you think of the Royal Wedding?
I did. I didn't get up at 4am, but I did watch it when I woke up at 6:30am and I also TiVo'd it so I could see what I missed. It's funny because my son woke up and put it on and had been watching it for about 15min before I woke up. I can remember watching Charles and Diana's wedding when I was younger (I was 7).
I thought Kate & her sister looked beautiful...
What a magical piece of history.
Loved all the tradition, pomp and ceremony.

A bit neurotic.
Only one week from today and we will be starting our road trip to Florida. Over the last few months I have been collecting things to bring on our trip. Yep, I am one of those people. From clothes to goodies for the car when I see something I have been collecting it.
This week I made Lily some jewelry to wear with her outfits (I will share more about those outfits another day).
I was making Ian jewelry also (that is what the Stitch from here was for) but he has decided he would like Stitch to stay a figurine instead. When we get home I am going to make him a Stitch photo holder and print a photo of him with Stitch to put in it (he is on a mission to see Stitch). Someone asked me in the Stitch post about finding Stitch items....I would recommend Etsy or Ebay. =)
Yep, that's me...a bit neurotic. ;)

This weeks question is:
Have you ever been to Disney World?
In 3 weeks from today were are going for our 3rd time. I am sooo excited and can't wait. It's going to be the kids 1st time going. We booked it right after the new year.....time has flown by and I can not believe in 3 weeks and a few hours we will be getting in our car and driving. Yep, we are driving instead of flying...wish me luck. =)
The first time we went was on our honeymoon in July of 1998. We did not stay on property. At the time I worked for a Comfort Suites and we got an employee rate ($25.00 per night) at a Choice Property. Couldn't beat that. We bought a hopper pass (back then hoppers were good forever). We had a great time. Magic Kingdom was our favorite.
We did character dining a couple times. The first one was at the Crystal Palace.
Way Back When-esday posts at Twinfatuation.

Boys and Girls
Here is one of the finished holders I showed you here.
Here is a shot of it with a photo of my nieces. Yep, I need to make one with 2 blonde girls for my sister. :)
I am hoping my customer loved them as much as I did.

Wordful Wednesday - Fort
We enjoyed the wonderful weather this weekend. This is the "fort" my son & nephew built on Friday. They were so proud of themselves. I don't have the heart to tell them that it is going to have to be ripped out of the ground as soon as the grass starts to grow again.

Here are some photos of the finished product made by Little Star Creations.
What a cute outfit made by The Closet of Eden!
Look there is even a cute m2m brother set.
Heidi, thank you again for asking me to collaborate with you. =)
