On Sunday I went shopping with my friend, Tina, for her wedding dress and my bridesmaid dress. We found our dresses. This is the bridesmaid dress that I will be wearing. The color is champagne. The photo here I took from the David's Bridal website seems more white, but it really isn't.

So I got to work today and made a place card holder. I realized today the 3-tier wedding cake that I make is too small to add a place card to. I decided to make one larger. Well, the top tier looked silly. So finally after many attempts at figuring out the sizing this is what I came up with. A 2 tier cake with a bow on top. It measures 1 1/8 inches tall (before bow) and 1 1/4 wide. The ribbon on the cake I made is closer to the color of my dress.
