This is a perfect quote for my kids lately.  Yesterday was a LONG, challenging day for Jeff & I as parents.  Both kids were crabby snots, which made us crabby.  This photo puts me back in that happy place I would rather be.

Family....

Over the last few weeks I have taken HUNDREDS of photos of my family.  Yeah, I know, shocker right!?!?  Going to Disney for a week and going to a family wedding will do that.  I have sooooo many photos I want to blog along with my experiences we had at Disney. 

So let me start here.  Last Saturday we went to my cousin's wedding.  Before the wedding I took photos of my parents and the kids outside of the beautiful church.  Mom & dad, these are for you.  :)

So I am a sucker for cute kids dressed up.

So when did my baby boy get so old?

These 3 musketeers are going to get into soooo much trouble.  They kept singing friends together, friends forever the whole day.

A few days before the wedding, Lily asked me if she could wear her Cinderella costume to the wedding.  She wanted to be dressed as a princess, too.  I told her she was wearing her princess Lily dress. Lily was super excited to wear that dress because it has tulle to make it fluffy....like the tutu she puts under her Cinderella costume to make it fluffy. =)

Wordful Wednesday - Hours

Yep, I am one of those crazy people who waited in line 2hrs for my children to see Rapunzel & Flynn Ryder.

The kids went with Jeff and road a couple rides while I waited.  It really wasn't that bad.  The people in front of us were from Buffalo also.  They had twin girls that were 10 days older than Lily. 

Funny thing is Lily would have been fine not seeing them...we were going to get out of line and go, but Ian really wanted to see Flynn.  Yep, my almost 10yr old son thinks Flynn Ryder is cool.

Ian walked away telling me he now just needs a satchel and a goatee and he'll look just like him.  Priceless.

HOT!!

It was really HOT in Florida!  It was 90+ every day.  (On average it is typically 10 degrees cooler than it has been.)

Currently it is cold and rainy here in Buffalo....I am missing the sun & heat.

Wordful Wednesday - Wishes

My son got his wish granted not once, but twice so far this week!!  (actually 3 times, but I don't have those shots yet...we got magic shots with stitch today and they turned out soooo cute!  If you are not familiar with magic shots you can check out more info here.)

The first day at Magic Kingdom, Ian first thought he wouldn't be able to see Stitch and was in tears...you see when Ian noticed Stitch was there he went over to stand in line and was told Stitch wasn't seeing anymore characters.  Ian was heartbroken.  Luckly we noticed Stitch came back out (but in a different spot). 

Lily was even smitten with Stitch.

Monday at Animal Kingdom we lucked out and stumbled upon both Lilo & Stitch!  YAY!

Mission accomplished!!  3x's out of 3 days with photos that have something to do with Stitch, not bad!  =)

Thankful I have a wonderful brother in law that is going to take care of my house and kitties while we are away.

This weeks question is:
What is the longest/farthest road trip you have taken?

My husband & I had taken lots of road trips before we had kids.  We have taken a few with the kids, but many more before kids came into the picture.  The farthest trip we have taken was before we were married when we drove to Huston, TX.  We were planning on moving there because my husband was going to attend a college there.  We drove from Buffalo to Huston in August to check it out, find a place to live and find jobs.  That was a LONG drive.  On a side note, while we liked Huston, we decided on that trip that we were going to stay in Buffalo.  Sometimes I wonder what it would have been like to move there.  It was HOT & HUMID the week we were there....not necessarily a place to visit in August.  A far cry from Buffalo in January.

Oy Vey...I am in for a LONG ride with this little one in the car.... (these photos were taken in the car a few weeks ago while waiting for my friend).
