Sunday Citar

Children seldom misquote. In fact, they usually repeat word for word what you shouldn't have said. ~Author Unknown

This little sassy girl has been repeating me lately. I really need to watch what I am saying. Today she was sassy and then pointed at me and asked, "Do you think I am joking with you?" She also stands in her brother's door and tells him to "Pick this room up, now!" Ummmm, I think I have to watch my tone and my mouth. Oops...
(BTW, she is also repeating my husband's bad habits, too)

Thank you for stopping by Sunday Citar! This blog quote meme was created by Fresh Mommy. You can stop by her blog to see the quotes and photos that she and everyone else is loving right now.

Beautiful picture!! Those eyes are just gorgeous!
My daughter is also like a Mini Me, it is so scary when I hear myself coming out of her mouth! I too must watch what comes out of my mouth.

I was going to say how beautiful those eyes are...someone beat me to it!! Yes, my 3 yo often repeats things I say...yesterday it was "D#m@ dog!", after I had to clean poop off of my patio!! :D

ooohh, a little sassy mouth! Obviously like her mother, wouldn't you say?

Yep, our words shall bite us in our rear. And brutally honest, children are, aren't they?

She is SO adorable! And isn't it scary what they learn. Sometimes when I hear kaishon talking to his friends I think, 'oh my! he learned that tone from me!' Great post!

Hahhaa, love that quote, kids really do!! Just today my friends daughter said, " I have a secret, daddy lied when he told mommy that he washed his hands with soap!" haha, we have to be careful what we do for sure!

She is so adorable! Yes, children are walking recorders. My nephews say some unbelievable things at times. They seem to know exactly what they should not say. lol

She's so cute! My two quote my words back to me a lot lately also -- amazing what wonderful mimics they have become -- scary too!

And then there is the tone and inflection that they copy too. I so know how you feel. My 2.5 year old is doing it too. They are so cute. :)
