That's a funny questions! I love cheese of all kinds! Super SUPER sharp cheddars are probably my favorite, but I love a good quality baby swiss, too.

no really, any type is good to me
I grew up in Wisconsin so I know cheese! For me it is a toss up between aged Wisconsin Cheddar and Swiss. But if you eat cheese it has to be real Wisconsin cheese!
I don't know that much about cheese to have a favorite. I do eat a fair amount of it though and I like it sliced :)

My favorite cheese (so far) is havarti dill -- I LOVE it. I could seriously eat a pound of it in one sitting!!

Yes cream cheese, but only if it's cheesecake =).
Otherwise I like cheddar...YUM!
The only time I eat plain cheese is when I'm working in first class on the plane. There are ones that I really like but I have no idea what type they are.
I'm not big on cheeses....I like mozzarella though.
Well, I was thinking salty cheeses until you said cream cheese. Now I have to agree with you...but otherwise, I like cheddar and pepper jack!
