I have to say thank you to my parents for giving my sister & I the love of taking photos. I truly enjoy looking back through these old photos my parents took. Now my sister and I enjoy taking photos of our own families. My husband had the opposite experience growing up. His parents did not own a camera. While my parents have albums upon albums of old photos to go through...I have a handful of old photos of my husband as a child I got from his grandmother (who passed away a few years ago).

Great comments, your Mom certainly does not even look 27! I was also fortunate to have lots of photos from childhood, although my Mum still holds most of them, when I visit her I scan a few more each time. We have soooo many of our boys, it's lovely to look back on them.

Aw! You and your sister are adorable! I love your braids and that you were ready for the picture taking! (Ah! my hubby and I were pretty young when we had our kids...and we hear that all the time from our kids now! We've been married 28 + yrs and I agree..we were babies way back then! :o)
