Wordful Wednesday - Memorial Day Parade

Thankfully, this year was a bit cooler than last.  Last year was HOT!  We learned our lesson from last year and went a bit later and staked out a spot in front of McDonalds. 

While waiting for the parade to start, Lily played with her ponies.


Then we saw him coming....he is the sousaphone on the left in the photo below.
  Then as quick as they came, they were gone again.

    Looks like an awesome parade. We skipped ours this year, but we will definitely be going to the 4th of July parade.

    I love parades...I'm the only one in the family that does. So I don't get to see them in person very often.

    Playing with ponies and sipping on drinks from Mickey D's .... you're all set!!!! Hope it was fun!
